Having formed a deep connection to the Philippines through a year of living with local communities and writing about his experience in The Genius of the Poor, Tom has dedicated the last decade in creating a wider network of changemakers and inspiring the youth through meaningful education through his inspired work as the chief leader of MAD Courses. Founding Partner

An international educator for the past 25 years, Suji’s real passion lies in democratizing education for the underserved. Her extensive experience in library building, refugee education training, and impact learning has taken her to parts of the world where education is needed most. Today, she takes this expertise online as one of MAD Courses’ founding partners.

Raf Dionisio

Raf has established multiple social enterprises: MAD travel and MAD Market, alongside the Plastic Solution and the Circle Hostel. He is also a TEDx Speaker. He helps MAD develop immersive programs with local communities.

Having spent most of her career working on-ground with underprivileged communities around the Philippines and educational institutions around the world, Andrea believes in the power of meaningful collaboration. Her passion for community building, social support, and the environment is very evident with every interaction

Sophie Peccaud

Account Manager

An International Business graduate with plenty of hands-on experience in social entrepreneurship in Brazil and the Philippines, Sophie is a French native who can pass off as a local Filipina. The combination of her local knowledge and foreign perspective allows her to manage our partner schools and universities, offering a valuable take on international issues from a local lens.

With a degree in Business Administration and an MBA in CSR, as well as having years of experience working with local communities in the Philippines, Aline’s wealth of knowledge on the issues we tackle is extensive.
